Welcome to yes33. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the yes33 platform at yes33.pro, you hereby agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our platform.

• Using another person's credit card details, bank account, or e-wallet without their authorisation.

• Using automated software, bots, or any scripts that attempt to exploit the yes33 system.
• Sharing your yes33 account with any other individual, including immediate family members.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving rudely towards yes33 customer support staff.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the yes33 technical infrastructure in any way.
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair financial advantage.

Yes33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account under certain circumstances. Players also have the right to close their own account at any time.

• Yes33 reserves the right to terminate accounts immediately and without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• If an account is terminated due to fraud or serious violations, all balances including winnings may be forfeited by yes33 without any refund.
• If termination is initiated at the player's own request without any breach, the remaining balance (after deducting any bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player within 5 business days.
